Video Production in Wyoming: Filming Customer Value Agreements at Wyoming Machinery

Video production in Wyoming often means working inside real businesses, real facilities, and real environments—places where the work doesn’t stop just because a camera shows up. That was exactly the case on our most recent project with Wyoming Machinery Company, where we spent time on location in Casper filming content focused on their Customer Value Agreements (CVAs).

This project included both a finished long-form video explaining Wyoming Machinery’s updated CVA service promise and a series of short-form, behind-the-scenes clips captured during production. Together, these assets give their marketing team flexible, authentic content they can deploy across platforms—without relying on stock footage or staged visuals.

Filming Inside an Active Wyoming Facility

One of the advantages of on-location video production in Wyoming is the authenticity it brings. For this shoot, everything took place inside Wyoming Machinery’s facility—specifically in the parts and service areas where CVAs are supported day in and day out.

We captured parts being pulled, technicians moving through workflows, and the operational details that customers rarely see but depend on every day. Filming in an active environment allows the final video to reflect how things actually work, not how they’re imagined in a script.

That approach is especially important when the subject is service and reliability.

Customer Value Agreements, Explained Through Real Work

Customer Value Agreements are designed to reduce downtime and give equipment owners confidence that support will be there when it’s needed. Rather than over-explaining that idea, this project focused on showing the systems behind it.

A Long-Term Partnership Built on Efficiency

Checked In Media has worked with Wyoming Machinery in Casper for several years, and that ongoing relationship makes projects like this more efficient and more focused. Familiarity with their operation allows us to plan smarter, move quickly on site, and stay within a reasonable production budget—without sacrificing quality.

When you understand a client’s workflows, you don’t need to overproduce. You just need to capture what matters.

Behind the Scenes: Production Approach

Alongside the main video, we filmed behind-the-scenes content to support short-form marketing and social distribution. This BTS footage helps show how the video was made and reinforces that the messaging is grounded in real operations.

From a technical standpoint, the production setup was intentionally streamlined:

  • Canon R5 Mark II for high-resolution capture
  • DJI RS3 Pro gimbal for smooth movement through the facility
  • Field recorder with a Shure SM7B to capture clean audio in an industrial environment

This setup allowed us to work efficiently inside a functioning facility while delivering broadcast-quality results.

Supporting Marketing Teams With Real Assets

At the core of this project was a simple goal: provide Wyoming Machinery’s marketing team with assets they can actually use. From the finished long-form CVA video to the supporting short-form behind-the-scenes clips, everything captured during this shoot was designed to be flexible, reusable, and honest.

That’s what effective video production in Wyoming looks like—working inside real businesses, telling real stories, and creating content that holds up over time.
